Training Co-Ordinator Brett Graham

Brett Graham began his real estate career over 20 years ago and has managed offices in Far North Queensland, assisted franchsiing an independent chain of offices in Auckland New Zealand and worked at corporate office and a freelance trainer for a number of years.  In 1999 Brett purchased the 3 Ray White businesses on the Sunshine Coast,  Ray White Maroochydore, Buderim and Coolum.  These also include a commercial, administration centre and two finance divisions.

From small beginnings the businesses have flourished to over 100 people on staff.  These staff are made up of 45+ salespeople, 12 property managers, 4 finance brokers and the rest are the best administration and personal assistants you would ever want to meet!

The business manages over 1000 investment properties with a total value of over $400 million, regularly sells 100 properties per month and conducts 30-40 auctions per month.  Our finance division has approvals on average of $8 million a month.

Our intention is to continue to grow, offering career opportunities for great people and provide solid results for all our customers and clients.

Without a doubt, Dan is one of the most respected Real Estate professionals on the Sunshine Coast.  He has recently been recognised as a member of the Alan White Club and a regular Top 5 Sales Performer.  As a leader within the Ray White business and Auctioneer, Dan operates at multiple levels within the industry and is at the forefront of market trends and industry developments.

A person who provides a high level of service, listens to your needs and helps in making your move a stress free, comfortable experience.  Growing up in Mooloolaba and a past student of Immanuel Lutheran College, Brent loves making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle both at work and leisure.

Starting his career in 2001, where he received numerous state awards, including Rookie of The Year 2002, Brent quickly established himself as one of Ray White Sunshine Coast's leading agents.  He is recognised as a Top 10 Performer and member of the prestigious Alan White Club for multi million sales achievements.

In 2005 Brent completed a personal goal of becoming a licensed Auctioneer and is now a prominent identity with Ray White's successful auction program.

Royce Hort

Royce Hort started his career in Real Estate back in 1999 as a salesperson.  Since this time he has built a reputation as someone who can get the job done whilst delivering clear, no nonsense advice to both sellers and buyers and providing a level of service beyond expectation, thus building a solid business base of return and referral clientele.  With his belief that Real Estate is like everything else, an ever changing industry, Royce likes to keep updated with the latest changes and new ideas to continue to deliver premium results to all of his clients.

In 2006 Royce took on the role of Manager of Ray White Coolum and since then he has given the office a management style of "doing the business" while at all times making sure the business of Real Estate is done with integrity and honesty in all dealings.  With his guidance the team at Ray White Coolum continues to go from strength to strength and taking Real Estate in the direction of "getting the results" no matter what the market conditions may be.

Sales and Marketing
Your Job

-  Service enquiry to the office
-  Develop a prospecting plan to obtain listings
-  Conduct prospecting activities
-  Develop and maintain a contact database
-  Inspect and list properties for sale
-  Maintain regular contact with owners of listed properties
-  Prepare marketing and conduct service activities to sell listed properties
-  Conduct inpsections by qualified buyers of properties for sale
-  Draw up and negotiate contracts of sale for properties
-  Supervise the contract of sale to completion.

Salesperson's Certificate

The Property Agents and Motor Dealers (PAMD) Act 2000 requires that any salesperson or property manager in a real estate office holds a Salesperson's Certificate from the Office of Fair Trading.  The Salesperon's Certificate can be applied for after satisfactory completion of the Salesperon's Registration Course and obtaining a position, or an offer of a position, in a real estate office.  Application forms can be downloaded from www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au

Eligibility Requirements

-  Be 18 years of age
-  Not affected by a bankruptcy action
-  No serious criminal conviction in Queensland or elsewhere within the preceding 5 years. 
-  Not currently disqualified from holding a licence or registration certificate.
-  Meet educational requirements (Sales Registration Course)
-  Must have an employer or prospecitve employer.
